Second Face-to-Face Meeting in Padua
The MoWiLife consortium recently gathered in Padua for its second face-to-face meeting, providing an excellent opportunity to discuss the latest progress in each work package and strengthen collaboration within the project.
The first day began with a traditional Italian welcome coffee, where project partners reconnected with familiar faces from the kick-off meeting and warmly welcomed new members who have joined in recent months.
Following an introduction to the project by the coordinator, Prof. Hans-Günter Eckel, each work package presented its latest developments. Engaging and constructive discussions followed each presentation, focusing on key results and the next steps forward.
The day concluded with a laboratory tour led by the team of [Chair Name]. The consortium was introduced to a diverse range of research areas, from wafer-level device characterization to optoelectronics and power electronics at the system level.
In the evening, all project partners had the chance to experience why Italian cuisine is renowned worldwide. After a delightful dinner, our host Matteo guided us through the historic streets of Padua, sharing insights into the city’s rich cultural heritage.
A big thank you to our hosts for their hospitality! The consortium is now looking forward to meeting again in Stockholm this May for the next meeting.
