Simulation package for diamond devices
ready to use – Milestone 5
Simulation input decks have been set up as a result of WP7 activities and “ready to run”
versions, freezed at the date of 12/2/2026, have been saved on the official cloud drive of
UNIMORE. The adopted simulator is the Sentaurus DeviceTM tool included in the Synopsys
TCAD suite.
SiC MOSFET Gate Drive Report (D4.2)
The WP4.2 report summarizes progress toward an online condition monitoring gate driver
platform for a dedicated 2.3 kV SiC MOSFET module.
DC CB Valve Models – Milestone 3 (D6.1)
This milestone describes modelling of test system and hybrid DC circuit breaker (CB) based on
SiC MOSFETs in Work Package 6.
Paralleling 2.3 kV SiC Power Modules –
Identifying Challenges for Equal Load
Sharing (Master Thesis)
As part of MoWiLife, master’s student Narendra Walawalkar from Aalborg University completed a thesis on how to make high-voltage SiC power modules work reliably in parallel.
MoWiLife Leaflet
This flyer presents the MoWiLife project, highlighting its goals in advancing Wide Bandgap power electronics and Condition Monitoring for sustainable energy systems. It serves as a dissemination tool to communicate the project’s innovations and impact.
Conceptual Design of a Medium-Voltage
DC-DC converter (D5.1)
This document describes the conceptual design of the medium‐voltage dc‐dc converter of WP5.
SiC module specification and interface definitions (D1.1)
This document describes the key electrical and mechanical data of the 2.3 kV SiC MOSFET module, gives an example how to calculate the losses for the application in a DC circuit breaker and describes the interface between the gate drive of the University Rostock and an inverter control circuit.
