Back to Italy 🇮🇹 Fifth Face-to-Face Meeting in Reggio Emilia
The MoWiLife consortium met for its latest project meeting in Reggio Emilia, combining intensive technical discussions with excellent local hospitality.
Hosted at the Università degli Studi di Modena e Reggio Emilia, the meeting focused on reviewing progress across all work packages, discussing recent results, and aligning on the next steps of the project. The depth of the technical exchange once again highlighted the importance of in-person meetings for advancing the MoWiLife research objectives.
In addition to the technical sessions, the consortium had the opportunity to explore Reggio Emilia itself. Guided by Giovanni Verzellesi, we visited the historic old town and its characteristic squares, gained insights into the city’s culture, and learned firsthand where authentic Parmigiano Reggiano originates, setting a new benchmark for cheese appreciation.
Outstanding Italian cuisine provided the perfect backdrop for informal discussions, further strengthening collaboration and exchange across the consortium partners.
We would like to thank our hosts for the warm welcome and excellent organization. The consortium is already looking forward to the next MoWiLife meeting and the continued progress of the project.
